Rooms was clean had everything we needed for our stay staff was friendly and helpful walking distance to beach and other things

The room was clean, close to the beach staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was hard to find because our GPS took us the back way and they don’t have large name of their property on the back sides. Nice that It was only approximately 4 blocks from the beach and activities. We had a king suite with balcony, No views. The pool cannot be used after dark. Which I didn’t like because we are on vacation there seems to be no reason- they have the pool lights and someone is always on staff. No microwave or coffee pot in your room. But there is coffee and microwave use 24/7. Someone is always there if you have any problems.

Room small but for a couple, it’s comfortable. Staff are friendly. Beach is walking distance. It was nice overall.

This place is ideal for anyone wanting to stay near Pier 60. The rooms are newly updated and very clean. Location, location, location is all I can say!!

Devon Place was the perfect getaway for my new husband and I. Our honeymoon had got cancelled so we made a short trip to Clearwater Beach and chose here for price and location. I am so glad we did! It was the cleanest place I’ve stayed at. The shower was great with the rainfall shower head. The whole property was spotless and quiet. I enjoyed the pool every night and had it for myself. The staff was so kind and helpful. They gave us good restaurant ideas and helped with times to secure a beach lounger and tent. Such a quick walk right to the beach! I would definitely stay here again!

This place was awesome! I came here to just relax and unwind, and this was perfect for that. The pool was great. It was very quiet and close to everything. A block from the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.
