The host, Elisa, was very helpful! She met me at the property to give me access, and also provided recommendations for travel routes and local restaurants. This was my best choice of stay in Italy by far.

The host was extremely helpful. She met us at the door to show us our place then explained everything in detail about the facility as well as helped us booked luggage storage right on site for the next day. The place was clean and has everything we need to be comfortable for the night. It was also extremely convenient to La Spezia train station for Cinque Terre as well as the main histrionic area around the corner of the apartment. Great stay overall.

The location is convenient as it’s is very close to main station. It’s also in the city center. Room is spotless and amenities are perfect for our 4 nights stay. AC works extremely well. No issue with the internet. Loved this place. The manager lady is super helpful during our stay. I have never come across anyone who is so energetic and caring hotel attendant/manager like her during my many years of travel. She definitely made our stay more enjoyable and memorable.

This property is conveniently located minutes away from the main station that brings you to the Cinque Terre's villages. Very clean and spacious rooms. The beds were super comfortable. Great host that is super helpful with restaurant recommendations, knowledgeable on where to find free parking in the area.

Amazing! Everything was perfect

The property is very close to the main station, making it extremely convenient for visiting the Cinque Terre. The owner is also very friendly and provides all the information you need for your stay. Free parking spaces are a bit farther away, but it’s easy to stop nearby to drop off your bags.

Très bon emplacement. Accueil super sympa et beaucoup de renseignements donnés pour que le séjour se passe au mieux : pour les visites, les restaurants, les transports, parking… Hôte disponible et réactif. Chambres très spacieuses et propres. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Elisa and Simone were incredible hosts—so welcoming, kind, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They took the time to show us around and shared everything we needed to know about the city, which made our trip so much more special. Their hospitality really stood out, and we felt right at home. If you are looking for a great place to stay with fantastic hosts, this is it. We will definitely be recommending them to family and friends, and would love to stay here again!
