Despite a slow check in (multiple people waiting to check in and only 1 staff member available) and some trouble in accessing the building (the entry door system malfunctioned), we loved everything else about this hotel apartment. It was spotless and so well equipped from dishwasher to AC and washer. Close to many shops. City parking around the unit was hard to find, so do consider paying 59 PLN for their underground parking. Navigating inside the garage was a bit tricky because directions to the different sections were lacking. But in any case, the nightly rate was so unbeatable. I would 100% stay here again in the future. But bring your own shampoo and body wash, they only had hand soap available in our unit and it was a bit rough on the skin. Thanks Platinum for a wonderful stay!

Amazing and helpful staff. Forgot something in the room that they were able to retrieve and hold for me. Rooms are spotless, spacious and in a great condition. Price for a location was also really good. Loved everything will be definitely coming back if they have rooms, usually pretty booked. Thank you for the great experience!

Even though the listing says that housekeeping is provided daily, it definitely isn’t. We stayed for three nights and never received any housekeeping service. On top of that, we were given only half a roll of toilet paper at check-in, and when we called the front desk, they told us to buy our own because housekeeping isn’t available. Very disappointing and misleading.

Huge complex. Initially difficult to locate our rental spot since reception had closed. Rooms were immaculate and well-equipped. Parking was scarce. Several snack-like restaurants close by.
