This hotel is a great value compared to other hotels in the area. The staff are extremely obliging and the have free covered parking and complimentary water in the rooms.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. There were also several restaurants/coffee shops very close by so the location is good. The only reason I wouldn't stay here again is because of the beds. They were the hardest beds I've ever slept on and left my back actually feeling tender to the touch. Perhaps a padded mattress topper would help.

My visit was after the recent hurricane that devastated Saipan. On-site restaurant was closed and hotel surrounding had debris and damages around it.

Quiet and spacious rooms. Very close to everything you need. No need for a car to get around Garapan.
