I really like my stay, and if I were to come back here, I would definitely stay in the same hotel. The staff were very helpful and the accommodation was even better than I expected.

The room is a bit dated and the bathroom was grossed, with soap scum and mold. Staff was great and the breakfast was good with good varieties

We arrived just after midnight. The staff were very couteous and helpful. There was a mix up with booking the free shuttle. I never received a confirmation or knew who to look for so ended up catching a taxi. Instead we received a free shuttle back to the airport before lunch. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and adequate, good shower. Breakfast was not included but we were able to have for mry38 each. It is not a high end hotel, rather a servicable cheaper hotel. Exactly what we were looking for. Breakfast was not included but we bought for MR38 per person. There was a large choice of hot and cold malaysian food. Also tea and coffee from large urns. Toast, cereals, small cakes and slices. There were alot of families who made use ofthe pool after breakfast. We were the only 2 Australians visiting. I would definitely recommend for a stop over.

Our pickup shuttle was delayed but the hotel made up for the delay by giving us a late checkout and breakfast. It is the second time we stayed and we will stay again.

Amazing menakjubkan

Big hotel, nice pool. Room was was spacious with a clean bathroom but the carpet in the room was absolutely filthy. Stains everywhere. I didn't want to walk around in the room and did use the provided paper slippers. Also the window did not seal-there was an actual gap, and the room faces the street so I had to sleep with earplugs.

Buffet breakfast disappointing (no eggs!) but lunch and dinner ala carte menu are good and reasonably priced. There are few restaurants within walking distance so it is good that hotel restaurant is okay. Major frustration with room safe. It was rusted and unused. They replaced it but the second one would not work (electronics were bad). I gave up.

Friendly and helpful stay, tasty breakfast, nice room and great pool to use. The little shop onsite was good too. All food was amazing.

Everything was good and 100% liveable lol. You’ll be good staying here. Trust me. However breakfast is overpriced so please just eat outside 😭🙏

Very bad room cleanung. Room service never replace the towel for 3 nights I was staying there. I threw the tower to the toilet floor and it was completely wet. But they pick it up and then put back to the drawer in a big clump!!!!!!!!!!! Another towel just put on top the toilet flush. Then never replace the tower at all on the rack for 3 days. The floor mat also never replaced despite it used 3 days and comoletely wet. They also simply tidy the bed in a horrible way. No clean the floor either. They only replace the toiletries and mineral water. Completely mess. This also happened to my other 2 friends room. When I went in to the room on day 1, toilet bowl was dirty, whole room was dusty even on the washing sink! A complete disaster......
