The property was nice and well keep. The location was excellent especially if you want to be near the beach.

Clean room friendly service

The room is clean but shows the use if many years, the bathroom shower has what looks like mold and the toilet yas what looks like blood stains under the rim. Not clean at all.

I love the location . Close to the Miami Beach and center of everything

Nice intimate hotel In Northern Miami. The beach was COMPLETELY DESTROYED by kelp/seaweed, and I had THE WORST FOOD POISONING of my life (not from Collins) the night we stayed there. So we chilled by the pool. Seemed to be popular with local Latinos, which seemed to be the majority of the people staying at the hotel. Spanish was the main language heard but it did not bother me or my wife, as everyone was friendly. We also had the pleasure of watching the fireworks as it was July 4th when we stayed. If you want to experience Miami with a Latin flair, this is your hotel

Overall, the room was clean good service. They are negative to me. We had to pay for for parking per day. Bathrooms are extremely small. It’s very difficult to flush the toilet the knob to flush is almost underneath the sink.

The rooms were clean and looked after the only thing not good was the shower old and broken so no hot water 🤔

The rooms are old and just okay. Half dead roach in the bathroom. Parking was good though. My biggest complaint is that my son and his friends left a few items after we checked out that were obviously not trash and I called an hour after checkout to let them know I'd come back and get them in a few hours and when I did the front desk said they were thrown away. At minimum, call me to let me know, I drove out of my way to come back and get them. Also why not have a lost and found for a few days just in case before you toss anything that's not obviously trash. 4/10 for me on this hotel overall.
