I enjoyed my stay at Mont Talay. It is in a great location with a clear view of beach and sea. It is walkable everywhere in Prachuap. The room is basic but it is a great price & has adequate provisions for a short stay. Could do with some refreshing & renovations. Overall, I would recommend if you want a cheap place to stay in an ideal location & don't have high expectations of room amenities.

Hotel vetuste a rénové surtout la salle de bain, carrelages lavabo et wc a changer .literie usée.insonnrisation inexistante .Point positif bonne situation.

Liked - Location, very nice view from the balcony, clean, friendly staff and a very low price. Disliked - Shabby room, torn bedsheets, thin and torn towels, no hot water, no shower gel, no fridge, no clothes hangers.

Pro: Nice location, right on the beach near the market. Con: Hotel is old and dirty. Wi Fi is so slow it's unusable.

Though this is an older hotel, rooms are clean, daily housekeeping, comfortable bed...best asset is the balcony with a stunning seaview! Overall good value...
