Very basic hotel… basically a bed and bathroom… it was clean!! And in a great location. So if you expect basic, then this is the place

You couldn’t ask for a better option during the holiday market season! This location is ON TOP of the action with easy walk / transport to all else. Staff is super friendly (the dogs are too!) Loved and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

Loved the location, cleanliness of the room and staff. Didn't like the condition of the stairs and landings.

No nonsense hotel in a pretty area of Cologne, yet just 10 minutes‘ walk frontage central station

The hotel is in a great location for the Christmas markets. It's above a restaurant, which is where breakfast is served. Our room has a magnificent view of the market, and it had an updated bathroom. The bed and linens were comfortable and pristine. The hotel overall feels a little dated, but part of that is the sparse decoration. I needed ice for a cooler which the restaurant downstairs kindly provided. I tried to order a beer to bring back to the room from the restaurant, but that wasn't an option.

Great stay right in the center of town Service was awesome, I would stay again

Very basic hotel. No amenities in room. Bathroom was nice, but no extra blanket or pillows. Entrance is strange - through the outdoor restaurant seating. Door is locked until a waiter sees you and lets you in, until after you get your key. Then you’re at a self-service check-in. It works, but it’s very impersonal. Room was clean but hallways and stairs were dirty.
