I was overall a bit disappointed with my stay here and shocked that this was rated a 4* hotel. The rooms were very basic and the walls were so incredibly thin that you could hear everything. I was woken up at 7am every day by the staff in the hallway. The breakfast had little to no vegan options..they had one tray of fruit and veggies and that’s it. I could have went out for breakfast every day for cheaper if I would have known. Furthermore they asked for an exact time that I was to be at breakfast each morning which I found odd and hard to know the exact time I’d be eating each day. The gym was strangely in a sort of basement area down some stairs and required a separate key to get in that you have to ask the front desk for. The gym lacked a lot of basic equipment including mats and was very stuffy and not air conditioned well. Overall this property really fell flat for the price, huge disappointment.

Nice quaint property about 15 minutes from the old town by foot.

Clean Good staff Good breakfast AC ok

Small clean Boutique hotel on one floor of a building (elevator for luggage only) there are a few flights of stairs to walk up. Hotel is located about a 25 minute walk from the center but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Small breakfast room snd you need to confirm your breakfast time reservation for each day in the evening.

Comfortable property in a quiet area of Palermo. Spacious rooms and very comfortable lounge area.

Plus points - Good restaurants nearby, quiet. Bad points - sewage smell in bathroom (fixed by blocking overflow in bidet), city centre about 30 minute walk.

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, hotel was within walking distance to everything
