The hotel was fine. I didn’t like Canggu and moved on after 3 days. I had booked for 14.

Overall, a fantastic stay. Super friendly staff and clean hotel. Room lacks luxurious decor but spacious and functional. Bathrooms need remodeling.

The room was clean and spacious and the air condition worked very well. The staff was always so nice and welcoming. Breakfast was nice- you get to pick 3 things off the breakfast menu ( including your juice- that was a bit confusing at first) Gara (sorry if spelling is wrong) he was always so friendly during breakfast as well as the whole staff. They even brought out a sweet bday plate for me and the whole staff sang happy bday. Thank youuuu Location is great, close yet far from chaos. Lots walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay here and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they genuinely made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless and beautifully clean every day, and the whole property is very well maintained. The pool area was absolutely beautiful – crystal clear, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax. One of the things we loved most was how quiet and calm everything felt, making it such a relaxing place to unwind. Breakfast each morning was perfect with delicious options and great service. The location was also fantastic – only about a 10-minute walk to the beach and close to so many great cafes and restaurants, so everything you need is right nearby. It was also an easy 45-minute drive from the airport which made getting there very simple. We spent our days relaxing by the pool and our evenings walking down to the beach for sunset drinks, which was such a highlight of the trip. One thing that really stood out was the kindness of the staff. On our final night my friend wasn’t feeling well, and they were so thoughtful and caring, bringing us ginger tea and checking in on her. It was such a small gesture but meant so much. Overall we had such a positive experience here. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Bali, and we would absolutely stay here again one day. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and all staff are super polite. Yogi from housekeeping was super helpful in helping check our room is well tidied and helping us with our luggage. Thank you for the memorable stay. We will be back.

Staff was great, kind and helpful every one of them. Room clean, great amenities and they give you fruit in your room!

Rooms - especially the bathrooms need a lot of work. Bed comfortable. It would be great if all of the breakfast didn't come out on one small board all at once. It looks pretty but very impractical.

The staff made it. They were so attentive.
