Late booking due to funeral at short notice and price was good especially as breakfast was included.
Owner was exceptional, extremely polite & helpful.
Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and extremely generous & tasty (tables were even laid with cloth napkins).
Location also good - just a 10+ min walk to Wetherspoons & town centre after that.
Room was comfortable (good comfy bed) but furniture was a bit tired, hence the dropped star.
Another bonus was off-road parking at the front.
I would definitely use Hazeldene again đź‘Ť

The breakfasts were very good different and well cooked and presented, the buffet had the usual but also water with lemons and homemade jams, fruit and yoghurts. But the homemade bread was fabulous.
The only fault I could point out was that the duvet was very heavy, which is my preference for a lighter duvet.

Conveniently located near the centre of Perth, the room and bathroom were a reasonable size as well as clean, comfy and well equipped. The shower was nice and powerful. The breakfast was lovely with nice staff hosting. The only point to note is parking out the back is small and tight. Parking out the front is off a main road. I found it easier to just park for free on the street at the back of the hotel, parallel to the hotel car park so as not to take any resident’s spaces. Overall I would stay here again

Everything about my experience was first class. Rob was extremely accommodating. He was available and allowed me to drop a bag off at 7am on the day I was checking in and then pick it up again at 7pm on the day I was departing. He also accommodated my request for early breakfast at 7am on the Sunday when I needed to leave early.
The breakfast itself was of a very high quality made with fresh local ingredients. The room was perfect and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hazeldene Guest House will definitely be my first choice when I am next staying in Perth.

This is a little gem. Really comfy room. Rob and Glenda are lovely. Great breakfast. I loved the homemade bread. Perfect little stop off.

I will definitely return to this Hotel . Very clean , very good value for your money , and the Breakfast is to be one of the reasons you stay . Good old fashioned Full Breakfast, with black pudding and Haggis, toast and Orange juice, with tea or coffee. Thanks so much for the warm welcome , see you in 2026.
