very poor service and room.

need to improve your customer service.. the blanket was to thin pls change to thick blanket

Everything about the room was very nice and comfortable except for the aircond that took very long to cool.

Overall 2 out of 5. Why because room comfort specially bed too old, towel a bit smelly and expedia also need to be blamed when the booking confirmation almost ruined my trip as my date of booking confirmation not the same with the hotel. Need to be more clear about facility such as wifi only at lobby but luckily my second phone got coverage.

No electric kettle,no mini bar. Room is so big for a family and very clean, Easy to park car.

its good hotel accomodation but i think better provide lift mush easier people got with leg problem ....hehehh ....n provide entertaimnt tv wit astro ....

Staff was friendly.. nice clean room.. carpark area need a little improvement.. other than that was very good..

It is a decent and reasonably clean budget hotel. There is a spacious and comfortable lobby/lounge area and there is always someone stationed at the reception counter. Sheets are clean, towels are provided and there is shower gel in a dispenser in the bathroom. Overall, not bad for the price and location.
