Staff was extremely overwhelmed as this is a tour heavy booking hotel. Buses show up so had to wait quite a bit. No TV as hotel claims they are under renovation. Couldn’t get a WiFi signal to save my life always busy or out! The showers are wet showers so be advised. Rooms are true to picture but you’re not getting a city view at all! Breakfast is Asian only. Not a single continental option! Location is prime if you’re visiting the international hospital. Aside from that everything is a car or bike ride away. No near mini marts. Overall ok for a night or two. Most def not for extended stay. I was there two nights and not once did staff come to clean room.

Very nice place in a quiet(er) and walkable neighborhood. Amazing staff but could do a lot better keeping the place clean.

Do not book through hotel.com i tried to check in and they say they did not receive the booking nor recognise hotel.com i had fully paid through hotel.com and contacted them but nothing resolved and till today no refund. I had to pay cash (double pay ) otherwise i was without a place to stay over the night. I checked out the next morning and stayed at another hotel. I am very dissapointed with hotel.com on this as i have been booking through hotel.com for more than 6 years and now they leave me hanging without resolving anything and just keeping quiet about it as if it never happened

새벽에 도착해서 1박을 했는데 위생 상태가 별로인것 같습니다. 개미도 많고 캐리어에 배드버그도 엄청 많네요;;; 배드버그 없애느라 애 먹었습니다. 다음에는 이용을 안하게 될 것 같네요.

가격이 최대장점입니다 밤비행기 도착해서 잠만자기에 좋아요 침구에 약간 얼룩같은게 한개 있기는 했지만 수건깔고써서 괜찮았습니다 금액대비 정말정말 깔끔하다생각했어요 어메니티로 나오는 치약 맛이상해요 조식은 뷔페식이아니고 쌀국수 만들어주십니다 맛 괜찮아용 엄마랑 둘이 잠만 자고 나왔는데 만족합니다!

I cant check hotel with out pay, I paid to hotels.com when I reservations but Hotel not check in with out me to pay pay no credit card accept only cash, so I paid to Hotel 1,100,000.00vnd cash and I request to Hotels.com but no respond till today.

Just a very short stay waiting for my flight. However, the customer service is really good.

A bit far from the center of city....but it you can drive motorbike, that's no problem. Room is normal. Considering discounted price it's good. But if there's no diacount, you don't need to stay here. There are a lot better hotels in the city.

Closeness to airport, M/C rent makes Da Nang a great place to visit, Easy to find hotel with your own transport, Great 24 hour service.
