A delightful pub and hotel with excellent facilities. The room was exceptionally spacious and equipped with all the comforts of home, including a well-stocked minibar, a fantastic bathroom, high-quality bedding, and the added convenience of an ultra-fast EV charger on site. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again

All round great experience

Clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at The Little George! Geoff was super kind and helpful, showed us to our room. The room was lovely and spacious and very clean, lovely bathroom with a big shower (the included toiletries smelled amazing too!). Well stocked minibar, teas and coffees etc. WiFi was very good too, easy to connect and fast, which is needed in this area as mobile data signal can be a bit iffy. Extra pillow, towels provided with no issue when we asked. Included breakfast was absolutely fab, the 'Bent's Breakfast' aka full English was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had! The Staffordshire Oatcakes are also super tasty, quite a heavy breakfast though and I couldn't finish them! Parking was easy, nice off road parking on the other side of the beer garden. Would just say that it is right in the centre of Eccleshall so there is quite a lot of traffic but that didn't bother us. The bathroom door was near on impossible to properly close from the inside so had to get each other to close the latch from the outside, and no lock on the bathroom door. Also one of the lights by the bed didn't work, we did let them know but it wasn't fixed. Other than that, we had a great stay at The Little George and would recommend to anyone staying in the Eccleshall area!
