Bagus I gave it stars for location and working electric and plumbing. The check in process was awful with days of attempted communication. The shower liner was soapy. There was a damp towel in the closet. The bed is awkwardly placed so you can't get in on both sides. If you try, you'll knock into the TV. You have to watch the TV through glass doors from the sitting area. The plates and cups are in an extremely high cupboard that would require a step stool to reach. Generally run down and uncomfortable.

Gorgeous and well located condo - fantastic neighborhood. Condo was well stocked, quiet, lovely building. There are a lot of emails back and forth during check in and stay - I was fine with it (and will stay here again) but it might be confusing for someone less well traveled. It's good to think of it as a true VRBO - the experience is the same. If you like staying in a VRBO, this is an unbeatable value for the money!

Stayed here in October 2025 on a business trip where I had meetings at the University of Toronto nearby. The property managers were super-responsive via text messaging, including making sure my arrival & check-in/obtaining the room keys went smoothly. Clean, great location right next to U of T, & super walkable with tons of dining nearby. Checkout was easy, and my deposit was returned as promised with no issues. Would stay here again!
