I left a couple of items of clothing in the wardrobe which the staff found but hotel staff will not send it to me even after I offered to pay all expenses to do so. Very disappointed to find the items are there but can't retrieve them.

Ein sehr nettes Personal am Empfang und ein wunderschöner japanischer Garten. Wellness-Bereich sehr sauber und empfehlenswert, da viele Möglichkeiten zum Ausruhen (Liegen) gegeben sind.

Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich. Personal äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr groß und reichhaltig, große Auswahl wie kaum in einem anderen Hotel. Abendbuffet war auch super lecker. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und je nachdem zu welcher Uhrzeit man dort ist, teilweise komplett alleine in den Saunen. Komme gerne wieder hier her!

Very nice little resort tucked into the town, almost invisible from the street but big enough to have two pools and many spa-type services. Rooms impeccably clean, big breakfast, friendly service. Would gladly return!

Fantastic location, very nice looking hotel, and the staff was wonderful. The room was nice, but the bed was very firm and the sheets very rough, so the sleep was not very great, but that was our only real compliant. We would still stay there again.

my partner and I stayed here for a night. hotel parking great. staff very helpful and friendly. spa sauna facilities fab. room very spacious and spotless.. grounds and gardens lovely. breakfast good

The hotel is a bit higgly-piggly and you can get a bit lost however the breakfast is very good value and the spa area laid back
