staff at reception is unexpected, the politeness while approach the guests to check total number of guests staying in same room or not was not so nice and proper way to ask. However the other female staff in the other shifts was nice

Hebat Quite location, very close to public transport, easy to reach.
Standard breakfast with no issue.
Helpful and friendly hotel staff.
Perfect room for short stay near the vibe of Bangkok city.
Has some other branch in some part of Thailand.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Bagus - My room was in the bad condition. The air condition were leaking for whole night. The room itself quit small.
- Location is great very nearby BTS Ekkamai just few minutes walk also shopping mall.

The shower in room 302 didn't drain efficiently and had mildew on the walls, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. We booked 2 different rooms for a total of 4 days. First room (404) was nice and met our expectations. Service desk was polite, breakfast was acceptable and elevators and air conditoning all worked as expected.

Bagus Avoid staying in 601 which is on the top floor, it has a very strong smell from the toilet. the toilet’s cover is not comfortable to sit.

Bagus Okay, the hotel is located in an alley near the bts sky train with easy access. The rooms are as basic as could be, the breakfast is also as basic as could be.. if you are looking for a budget room this might be your thing, I prefer to stay with a few other amenities that for me make the difference.. I could have spend 6 dollar more and gotten a much better room.. however, the staff were so nice and helpful that after all I did t feel so bad.
