The over hotel was really nice. The room must stayed spectacular. I would recommend it for a one night stay.

Conveniently situated on the waterfront opposite the ferry pier and bus stops with great views across the lake to Bellagio. The setting is unfortunately spoilt by the busy coastal road that runs in front of the hotel, the angry buzz of motorbikes etc. Rear-facing rooms with frosted windows and no view best avoided. Clientele dominated by parties of elderly Brits and Germans.

Nice staff l, clean room, and well spotted hotel near the dock but only one power outlet…

The room was minimal and had a nice view! Balcony was clean. Shower was a bit small. Staff was pleasant, and location was perfect for ferry rides exploring other little towns. The pool was very cold and there was construction going on around pool and hottub was closed. Breakfast was nice but cost us an extra $20 because we didnt include it with the room. Not sure it was worth $20 a person but it was good.

Good size rooms and balcony overlooking Lake Como

Breakfast was excellent, room was clean, location is excellent with large balcony and lake views are amazing, the reception was very pleasant and helpful provided a lot of information. I would have given 5 star rating except for I requested kettle for hot water and the bartender expected me to bring the cups and pot back downstairs, never have I experienced this even in a 2 star hotel.

Excellent cleaning standards. Couldn't work the room heating, had to ask for extra blanket. Excellent breakfast service.
