The location is excellent, easy access to the old town, the river, museums, historical buildings and the many tapas bars.
Parking is not on site but conveniently close by. Room was spacious but in need of upgrading. The shower was above the bath, which is rather dated. The bedroom had no safe, coffee making facilities or small fridge. The hotel is undergoing a renovation process, consequently parts are really tasteful and beautifully decorated while other parts are still in progress.

Hebat The property's location is outstanding. It's an excellent value. Not fancy, limited amenities but a solid place to stay. The staff was fantastic!

Level airlines canceled all flights two weeks before which caused chaos. Of course Hotels.com is all about the money not any focus on service any more at all. They claimed they tried to contact the hotel to get approval to cancel but could’ve reach them. I attempted to reach them too but no response. Disappointed in the communication with Expedia/Hotels.com.

The location is great as it is right next to the tram, and a short walk to some of the major sites in Zaragoza. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and accommodating.
