The staff members Jess, Tiffany, Matthew and another lady who was working Monday morning (cannot remember her name) were amazing!!! Extremely friendly, caring and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely come baxk to this property next year same time for my stay.

If you book through a third party AND pay for insurance in case you need to cancel. You will not be allow to cancel for unused days if you need to check out early. We left late at night during our first night due to noisy neighbors. A room full of Kids, yelling, jumping, running, and playing video games at full volume. The young girl at the desk tried to get them to be quiet, but was unsuccessful. She stated that they did not have a security officer to assist.

The rooms were outstanding had everything you need. The staff were always super friendly and helpful with everything. One of the better breakfasts offered by a hotel in quite awhile. Parking was convenient.

They charged 10$ for parking. Bottled water small 5$. FealcSt on Sunday not until 7. Otherwise ok.

Our room had a musty smell and the shower dripped from the tap. The bed was uncomfortable. It was tired looking/everything is just very dated. No USB ports or anything to charge your phone. The coffee in the morning was totally watered down but the staff was good about replenishing everything in a timely manner. It was fine for one night, but I definitely feel that we overpaid.

There were 3 different problems that had to be corrected that also required changing rooms. The tv did not work properly, the air conditioning did not work properly, and the water temperature did not get hot. I will say the staff was great and worked to remedy all 3 problems. The rooms were not very well insulated, and the noise level was loud. You could hear people talking outside the motel and in the hallways all night long.
