Terrible experience. They knew the AC was not working and gave us the room. We checked in at night and by the time we went to talk to them within half hour of check in the manager had left and the night staff was unable to help. Asked for smaller AC working room and the guy was like I can’t do that . Then we asked for extra mattress to put in our other room and he said he didn’t have it. Same thing with sheets etc. the staff wasn’t authorized to do anything other than check in. It was record breaking heat in Paris and they didn’t do anything for us and even the working AC rooms were barely blowing air and we had to accommodate 4 people in our rooms which made it hotter and couldn’t even get good sleep because we were sharing beds . It was truly awful. Breakfast area was Boiling hot even with fans . Overall reception staff service was awful. The cleaning staff was really nice. I would never stay there . The area doesn’t seem that great either . It’s a family hotel but I would not want to stay in that area next time with family.

Good place to have a good Rest and so convenient location

The hotel is in a great location - perfect for Gare l'Est and Gare du Nord. Its right next to a Metro station too. The reception staff were really helpful - I did feel sorry for them as it was really hot in the reception, but fortunately the room was well-airconditioned! Although the room could probably do with a little TLC, it was very comfortable and met our needs for the night. There was lots of choice at breakfast - although it was busy, the staff kept the food well-topped up.

It was fine, given the price. Nothing to write home about but completely functional.

The cleanliness could be better, and both the food quality and customer service did not fully meet expectations. With some improvements in these aspects, the overall guest experience could be significantly enhanced.
