We had to leave the hotel after the third night being eaten by mosquitoes. They refused to do any refund on the remaining nights.
Somebody should tell them that when you build a hotel you need to make sure that the room sliding doors actually close, bugs entering the room all night.
Area is truly awful, you can't walk anywhere and closest restaurant maybe 40 minutes walk.
Breakfast is not good. They tried to charge us for it even if it was included, they didn't even have milk and some options you need to book in advance but the next day they didn't have them because they forgot.
Staff is lazy, and not very nice, several times there were no one in reception, we had to go get them in the kitchen where they were chatting, all the room keys were visible in reception for anyone to take.
The place stinks to sinkhole as soon as you walk in.
Bathroom was disgustingly dirty.
What they call "suite with private pool" is really oversold.
Do not stay here, I've reported this place to hotels.com so they review if it should be even displayed in the site, I feel we were deceived.
