We were upgraded to a suite by the General Manager, which offered a breathtaking valley view. We truly enjoyed the experience and greatly appreciated the thoughtful gesture.

Renovations are going on , they should shut the property till it is done, all outer area are closed and lot of dirt noise in property of construction

The major part of property is under renovation, restaurant is closed. I should have received the information in advance would have changed my stay.

The property location is so good,Feels close to nature,Enjoyed the stay and all staff members are excellent, would like to go again.

We had to early check in as there was a wedding. Many areas were restricted. Going forward hotel management should have informed.

The service was terrible, and the food was stale. We were watching the World Cup soccer finals, which went into penalty shootouts and would have ended in 5 more minutes, but they turned off the only TV we could watch the match on because it was their time to shut down. This is the World Cup finals; I think they could accommodate 5 more minutes. Also, there was a lot of drama when we requested an additional hour for checkout.

The Location is good However the property is not well maintained Needs a lot of Renovation

The experience was really good. The food and service is good. Rooms and view is great. However, the hotel must allow alacarte ordering for dinner in the cafe ir restaurant. Alacarte is only possible from room which is not good at all.
