This is a lovely hotel is a very convenient location. My favorite was thing was the huge stand alone tub in our bathroom! The staff was so nice and accomodating and the breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was amazing!

This hotel is charming and is well located in the historic center. It is very walkable, with numerous places to shop and dine nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping and turndown service.

This hotel is perfectly located and the staff could not have been nicer. Anything we needed they helped with and made sure our stay was incredible. The rooftop breakfast is fantastic and I would highly recommend anyone visiting San Miguel de Allende to stay here

Food service and ambience are wonderful. This was our third visit. Would love it if they added some lounge chairs so we could enjoy the courtyards and rooftop even more.

Everything in this hotel is top notch. Very friendly staff, very clean and well maintained rooms. The roof terrace restaurant is fabulous and the hotel is situated right in the middle of the center. We will come back.

This is a gorgeous hotel. Every single one of the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was amazing. Breakfast was great. The room was beautiful. This is one of my all time favorite hotels from anywhere in the world and we have been lucky enough to stay at some really nice places. I can't say enough good things about this place!

The location is perfect right in the center of town that makes everything just steps away and staff are excellent and extremely helpful they even packed us a Togo breakfast with are early morning departure

Very nice place to stay

Excellent location although no good parking. Communicate with your driver thru WhatsApp so that you’ll be ready to just hop in the car quick. I think most rooms only have single king beds so it might be an issue for some. No spa. Therapist/Masseuse will bring their own tables to your room. Staff in restaurant and Concierge were all excellent. Highly recommend!

Excellent location. Spacious, clean, and well appointed rooms. Friendly, accommodating, and helpful staff. Top notch housekeeping service.
