Wow, amazing big room and huge toilet. Always clean, very comfortable, delicious breakfast, Stefano is very attentive and courteous. Room 8 had a kettle, coffee machine and fridge, very handy. Just hope to have polite guests upstairs cause you can hear everything, apart from that all perfect!

Plenty of space and very clean! Great location - close to Pisa but far enough away not to worry about crossing a ztl.

The distance from Lucca was too far for someone not with a car although there was a bus service. The rooms were very clean and tiled as was the bathroom which was quite large. The staff I encountered only spoke Italian bar one who wasn't always there so it was to my advantage that I had a little Italian. The majority of the visitors appeared to be Italian. It is a very nice place if you wish for a quiet vacation

This hotel was nice, especially for the price. As a cat lover I appreciated their theme choice, however the cats who live there made the place have an odd smell. The breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee. The room was clean and spacious, however the pillows were quite flat and uncomfortable & the bed was squeaky.

Excellent place to stay, nice room, good breakfast, friendly host. Great restaurant within 2 minutes walking distance which is very useful as the place is somewhat out of town. Realy enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

It was a little hard to find, but we liked very much what we found

We spent 3 nights there only easy 8 km away from Lucca's tourist infested center. Have your breakfast in the huge garden. The staff is very nice and helpful. Around the corner there is a great restaurant where we were the only tourists. If you like a peace and quiet place this is the place for you.
