Super loud! Room service was not nice. Asked for tip when it is already included 22% automatically. Would not recommend!

Parking was terrible. They only have valet parking. Unfortunately, the service they use only provides one valet. Their solution is to have you leave your car with the keys in it while you check. The other issue is there is no one to assist you with your bags while you leave your car in the valet parking spot. Would not stay there again because of the parking and check in issue.

There was a sewage smell that permeated the room. We were informed that “they were working on it” when we asked. Cold water in sink never got cold no matter how long we ran it.

The Ivey’s hotel was amazing. Nice clean and beautiful hotel.

We have stayed at the Ivey's multiple times - so clearly we like it. This time, we were on the front facing Tryon. This location does get noisy on the weekend nights with the bars outside, motorcycles, etc. The staff is always very pleasant, Sophia's is always a great spot.
