The hotel was advertised in the listing as wheelchair accessible. It wasn't. The elevator stops between the floors requiring a flight of stairs to reach any of the rooms. In addition, it says limited on site parking for which I asked for a disabled parking spot. The closest parking is 3 blocks away. Do not consider a stay here if you are disabled.

One of the many convenient hotels for Hamburg Main station. The area around is a bit off putting but is reasonably safe. The hotel itself is clean and tidy however although there is a lift, due to the building layout it stops on the landing between two floors 2-3, 4-5 so stairs have to be negotiated to reach the floor where your room will be.

Great front desk staff in the afternoon and morning. One thing needs major attention that is the light sensors in the common area and specifically the stairs. It’s complete dark when you enter the stairs to catch the elevator and it takes significant amount of time and movement in the stairs to get the sensor working. Very risky

For budget minded people this is an amazing location. Clean very convenient location. Staff most welcoming experience in many years of travel (did not catch the mans name) I slept 13 hours in a modest but clean room. They offered breakfast for €12 yet not pushy. Outside has the usual issies of being near a main station with drugs / homeless however alot of security/ people passing bye for no real concern. Ill be back next time in town. Thanks for a great rest

Great hotel near Alexanderplatz. Breakfast was great! Conveniently located, affordable, safe, clean. Will definitely stay again next time I visit Berlin!
