Excellent location. We stepped off the ferry and in through the doors of the hotel, into a beautifully furnished and air-conditioned foyer. A very warm welcome awaited us and we were able to check in and access room immediately. Clean room with air conditioning was most welcome. Access to private outdoor pool and sun lounger area was excellent; we got loungers with a view of the lake! Breakfast was tasty with range of hot and cold foods available. Easy access to walking along the shoreline of Bellagio. Highly recommend a stay here.

The room was great-very clean, excellent views of the marina, staff was very kind and helpful and our only suggestion would be that the breakfast could use a little more options. We found it a bit underwhelming and ended up seeking food elsewhere. That said, we still really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property!

No water on rooms, no refrigerator in rooms, no A/C in rooms, beyond small shower that barely a child can fit in, would never recommend this place ever!

Perfect location to port. Beautiful breakfast and views from room and front of hotel. Lobby was great for waiting for gathering. Staff pleasant and knowledgeable. Elevator broke down on day of checkout - bringing bags down was easy with wide staircase. 100% recommend for family of 3.

Lovely location with a great restaurant bar attached across the road. Very clean & really friendly & helpful staff, pool was lovely - great time in a great place, thank you!

A beautiful and traditional hotel which was right on the promenade by the water. A few hundred yards from the ferry. Great staff, lovely rooms, nice little pool and a decent buffet breakfast. Look no further!

Wonderful location which was the best part. Right next to the ferry and ticket office. Decent breakfast. Very old room with a very uncomfortable bed which was the worst part. Did not sleep well. Staff was very friendly.

The staff were lovely and really helpful with any advice for getting ferries etc. Gorgeous building with a really authentic Italian feel, would definitely stay here again! The location is also amazing and so central, made travelling to different locations really easy aswell as exploring Bellagio itself
