ie Buchung verlief sehr unkompliziert. Anfangs war jedoch nicht ersichtlich, welches Zimmer ich erhalten würde. Letztendlich bekam ich ein Dreibettzimmer mit eigenem Bad, das für drei Personen völlig ausreichend ist – vorausgesetzt, man hält sich nicht lange im Zimmer auf. Ich war für den Mammutmarsch in Hamburg und hoffte entsprechend auf eine ruhige Nacht sowie auf erholsame weitere Nächte. Diese Erwartung wurde vollständig erfüllt. Das Badezimmer war sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand, ebenso der Schlafraum. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Im Zimmer konnte ich keine Fernsehprogramme empfangen. Gerade am Tag nach dem Mammutmarsch wäre das sehr angenehm gewesen. Alles andere war jedoch in Ordnung. Insgesamt also empfehlenswert.

Mir wurde sofort und sehr freundlich beim Check-in geholfen.

Stark verrauchtes Zimmer, aber alles sehr sauber und neu. Leider unter dem Gebäude ein Club, der die ganze Nacht Tekkno spielte. Auch der Check-Inn ist etwas aufwendiger, aber die Rezepion ist telefonisch gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

I could not find the hotel at this address

DO NOT BOOK, this is not a hotel. There is no check in desk.

This is not a hotel we are accustomed to. This is a small office to check-in, then gives room assignments located in various separate buildings remote from the office. Room keys are given there for any vacant rooms available. Address given on the website is for one of the so-called sleephotels where rooms are located but have no check-in facility. Do not make the mistake of trying to check-in at this address. If you call the phone given at the website, you will be given an address of a remote office for checking-in. This makes you carry your luggages back & forth unnecessarily. One Positive thing: Rooms and shared bathrooms are surprisingly clean and have plenty of sheets and towels.

I'll start with the positive: The room was actually quite spacious for a single room and was nicely decorated with a small couch, bed, desk, and clothes hanging area. The shared bathroom was clean and adequate and the shower was nice enough even though you had to press a button every fifteen seconds to keep the water running. It seems like I am giving this a good review, BUT DO NOT STAY HERE! (a) The address indicated on your Orbitz itinerary is NOT where you pick up your keys and is also NOT where you actually stay. (b) The location where the actual hotel is is quite seedy and they have to employ a security guard to stand outside of the hotel after about 5pm to make sure nobody gets in. (c) The hotel is under renovation, so in order to get in, you have to use this small little key to turn a lock about five feet away from the door, itself. You then walk into an unmanned reception area and take an elevator to a designated floor. The elevator leaves you off in a construction site (they are clearly still building the hotel and are combining two buildings to do so). You then have to walk through an unmarked door to get to the other building where they have finished renovations. You then have to find the stairwell (also an unmarked door), and then go down a flight since the floors apparently do not match up between the two buildings. It is BIZARRE and a little creepy.
