We booked a Twin room, was not cheap but the hotel looked nice then upon arriving in the room it was only a small double bed. They didn’t even mention to us at check in that our booked room was not available. Went to reception and they said it was only a ‘preference’ when booking a twin room not guaranteed even though we paid extra for it. Apparently no twins were available so our only option to have 2 beds was to pay another 78 Euro for a room!! Absolutely ridiculous and they were so rude about it.

Staff was great. Rooms good. Not the area I wanted to be in.

There are some services missing in this hotel. No hand tissue papers Tv receiver problem Limited hours for check in or out.

No amenities No slippers No tea coffee nor free water available Spoon and forks were available but 2 plates and no bowls or cups No aircond Shower was dark No receptionist available after 11pm Pros -close to train station

I’d have given 5* to this hotel, as the facility is great and renewed, the staff are friendly and they gave me free upgrade. However, I had 2 main issues during my stay which was a long 2 weeks stay. The cleaning staff never cleaned or washed the wooden floor of the room and never changed blankets or bed sheets. This becomes very problematic as I don’t use my shoe inside my room and the room becomes very dirty very fast where the cleaning staff only give towels and cleans sink. The internet is really bad, I had to switch my room as my laptop and phone didn’t have any signals. Other than that, I think it’s a good place for what you pay!

A comfortable stay. The location was convenient.

It was a good location, rooms and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was excellent! We were not warned about construction so there was noise and dust at the entrance to our section.

The property was out of the way from the main Berlin attractions, food and services. Although we were told the neighborhood was safe for walking after dark, it did not feel that way so we either took a taxi home or were in before dark. The last night in Berlin we stayed more central and found these concerns were alleviated.

Nice,clean

Location: 10min walk from Lichtenburg S+U, N94 stops nearby. Very close to REWE supermarket, open Mo-Sa 7-23.30! Booked a room with shared WC, bathroom was ok and clean, number of WCs may not be enough during high season. Room simple but modern, no fridge in rooms/on floor. Breakfast ok, served between 7-11, tried the lunch too and it was really tasty (main meals around EUR 10-13, not the cheapest in town but does worth it).
