This is NOT A HOTEL. The owners purchased an apartment and are renting out rooms of these apts. The buildings are run down and there are NO amenities. Overall a bad experience

The apartment was very nice and a comfy base for exploring. As the building is old, there are some upgrades that could be done (shower as example) but otherwise, an excellent stay and the air con was welcomed in 34° weather!

Not as described! In a random apartment building with super thin walls. Residences of the apartment building were up past midnight both nights we stayed (Wednesday and Thursday). Shower was moldy with minimal water pressure. Mattresses were hard, making it difficult to sleep. Was advertised as city view, and our view was of a wall and trash. I do not recommend!

Clean room and very comfortable bed. Somewhat difficult to locate and there are multiple properties with the same name on the same street, you need to pay close attention to what number your suite is.

The room was very clean, and the heating worked perfectly. The staff were extremely kind and took the time to explain the facilities very carefully. This hotel made our time in Naples even more wonderful. Thank you very much.

No parking available. $40.00 euros per night on parking garage they recommend is insane. The outside facilities are in terrible condition and could use some work.

Very well located for piazza del Plebiscito. Towels were a bit threadbare and could be replaced. Some noise from the street and our room was right next to reception so we could hear everything and probably vice versa.
