A genuine traditional bed and breakfast experience in a beautiful natural environment. Rooms are clean and peacful. Kim is a wonderfully warm and welcoming host. Everything about our stay at Buttercuphill B&B was tops! Kim was the perfect host from her communication before our arrival to our welcome on arrival, her hospitality during our stay and our farewell. She really knows how to make people feel at home and her breakfasts and cookies were amazing. The property really is charming and located within easy walking distance into town. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Lovely little Bed and Breakfast in Warburton. Perfect place to rest if you’re doing the Rail Trail (as long as you don’t mind the steep driveway!) The breakfast was delicious! Thanks for having us
