1. The room was not clean. - Dust on the floor and tables in the room 2. Room service was not available even at 2 PM. 3. Dust had accumulated on the laptop when I returned from going out. 4. Some people came to breakfast wearing pajamas. - lower Hotel level

Close to many restaurants however needs some attention to cleanliness. Rooms were huge but a little dark.

The hotel is fairly nice, modern, just a bit dated. Rooms are kept well. Just sound proofing is not that great. You get free Korean style spa ticket which we enjoyed. Free morning breakfast is okay (I'm a Marriott member and it's somewhat comparable to that).

The hotel was clean with great service and accommodations. The gym was large, clean with a nice weight room. The room, while not large was clean and modern. The restaurant had a nice selection of foods and service was very good. The only two issues that brought the rating down for me was the location and the staff not speaking English. The hotel is downtown and difficult to access and located without alot of "things to do" options.

The room was very clean and nice. The only thing was the bathroom sink was broken and the hallways outside of the room had no air conditioning of ventilation. The hallways were so hot and humid.
