Terrible Experience - Dirty and Poor Service: I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a complete disappointment. I travelled around the world alot in my life. This is the worst experience i got it. It's dirty room in 4th floor without lift, without air-conditioning and the degree was 34 c°, no reception as they mentioned in adv. I found rest of opened snack in cabinet with dirty blankets. The smell was horrible from it. The fridge was in corridor, i found tomatoes and other veg, opened milk , and Brioche in it. You can easy see spiders house in corner or room, a lot of dust , bed was broken,The manager was from Bangladesh he said I'm Italian person and he's lies, he was so roud with us ,he made us waiting in Park in 3pm in July around 45 minutes till come and I have disabled person with me, you can imagine the horrible situation, and when he arrived he was angry because i called him several times and he wasn't answering me. Please please becarful. I have plan to make complaint against them just arrived my home. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. It is not worth the money, and management needs to seriously improve their standards. Please please, it's happened with us,so because happen with you.

Need to clean shower everyday.

il peggiore soggiorno di sempre. Outlet che NON funzionavano, scarafaggi schiacciati sulle scale, bagno comune che sembrava non venisse pulito da anni, pareti di cartone che non lasciavano privacy a nessuno dei guest e una tassa immaginaria all'arrivo di 4 euro a persona nonostante sul sito fosse indicato 1,70, difficoltoso comunicare con il proprietario che non è stato affatto gentile e che ci ha lasciato aspettare più di 20 minuti per presentarsi sotto la pioggia per aprirci il cancello. Esiste una funzione check in sul sito che é completamente inutile, poiché anche se il check in viene detto 24/24h in realtà é solo dalle 14 in poi.

Upon arrival, we waited outside after calling the number, then the person brought in the other couple that was there and told us we were staying at a different property(??). It was a bit strange but the guy said it was better then the actual property we were suppsed to stay at. Ended up being closer to the train station, which was good for us. The bed sheets and towels was clean but the pillow in the closer had a dirty pillowcase. The kitchen was nice but had cockroaches in it. Anyway this is not even the same property but I can imagine if this was the goood one what the actual listed property was like.
