L’hôtel Gramtahouse Villa est magnifique et d’une propreté exceptionnelle. Les chambres sont belles et les lits sont très confortables. Les salles de bains sont impeccables et modernes. La grande piscine est parfaitement entretenue, offrant un endroit idéal pour se détendre. L’emplacement est fantastique : paisible et calme, tout en étant à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville.

Excellent customer service

Room was clean enough, mattress was very hard resulting in slight backache. Zak the manager was very friendly/helpful.. Breakfast was basic but fine for myself as I'm not a breakfast person..

Convenient location. Just 20 minutes walk from Medina, still quiet enough to enjoy nice weather, the garden and the pool in hot afternoons.

Zacaria, the manag, was very helpful. Breakfast was good;.the location is not near much of interest we had a basement room, ant mold or dust set my allergies

Zacarías was an excellent host. Always attentive and ready to be of service.

Emailed property 4 days bwfore arrival to ask about transport from airport - never heard back After being shown to a room totally different than the photos i never ever saw another member of staff. 24 hour reception haha Nope. Just pay tiny bit more. It will be worth it

Pros: Amazing staff! Like above and beyond! Zachariah is so wonderful and great with clients. They have traditional mint tea and hospitality when you arrive! Cons: A bit run down and my wife said the shower water wasn’t hot enough.

Gramtahouse Villa Hotel is possible the BEST Hotel in Marrakech. The Rooms are all beautiful & magnificent. Very clear and spotless throughout.
