Clean. Good A/C. Breakfast had lots of options and changed everyday. Staff was nice. Pool is large. only complaint is food and drinks are very over-priced. and could hear the Masjid blasting their speakers from inside our room as early as 3:45AM

Prima hotel voor één of twee nachten. Vriendelijk personeel. De kamer is basic maar het bed slaapt lekker. Er zijn enkele verbeteringen wenselijk. 6 ligbedjes bij het zwembad is echt onvoldoende. Niet iedereen spreekt Engels en dat is soms hinderlijk. Bij de spa wordt ook geen Engels gesproken en zijn ze zeer klant onvriendelijk. Geen interesse voor de klant. We zijn daar maar weer weggegaan. Op het terras buiten mag gerookt worden, ontbijt of lunch tussen de rokers dus. Erg onfris!

朝ごはんのワッフルが美味しかったです。 ロケーションが良いわけではないので、原付レンタルやタクシー等をうまく利用したください。 イジェンアタッカーには休息の地になります。

I travel together with my friends. On our way to the Volcano Ijen we slept here. We really loved the gym, the pool, the rooms and everything. To be honest: 10/10 points! But what we loved the most was the great staff, who took care about us. It felt like staying with a big family. Special THANKS to Mr. Angga & his team for his help & support!!!! We will definitely come back! <3

Très bon séjour, bon accueil, grande chambre vue piscine, grande piscine, un peu loin de la ville, mais avec Grab ou Go-Jeek (Equivalent Uber) pour 3 fois rien vous vous déplacé. Excellent Petit déjeuner varié avec nombreux chois salé sucré. Hôtel bien placé pour réalisé l'ascension du Mont Ijen (environ 1h10 en voiture) j'ai pris un taxi 500 000 IRD pour l'A/R et le standbye sur place, départ vers 5H00 retour 10H00 à l'hôtel j'ai pu prendre le petit déjeuner. Environ 45' en taxi depuis l'aéroport 80 000 IRD sans négocier. Il y a par contre un minaret tout proche donc réveil matinal assuré :-) Wifi rapide.

Rooms were good, and in general the service was good. But the hotel is quite sloppy when it comes to Airport pickups and drops. I had notified the hotel well in advance for an Airport pickup, but no one turned up when we landed at the Airport. I called the hotel, and they said they can't send anyone immediately. And when we managed to reach the hotel, the room wasn't really ready for us either. On top of it all, when we were checking out, we notified them for an Airport drop over 3 hours in advance. The receptionist said they have no vehicles?! I reminded them that the Airport pickup/drop is supposed to be complementary as per their listing, and she said that's subject to availability and we have no availability now. How could they not have any vehicles available for over 3 hours?!

Hôtel sympathique et propre au tarif raisonnable, mais il serait bon d’indiquer qu’ils sont en train de construire une aile supplémentaire et que les travaux commencent vers 8h pour finir à 20h

El Royale has only been open for one month. The Porter proudly told us it was the first 4 star hotel in Banyuwangi. Our room was close to the lift and walkway to meeting room it was noisy until after 1 am. There was no hot water in the room. Being new there are lots of meetings happening so breakfast was outside not in the restaurant. The El Royal has potential and will try again at another time.
