We had a lovely stay in Florence. The staff were very friendly, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the air conditioner was a great added comfort.

The room was spacious, and had a window that opened up for some beautiful views. The room was also clean, as well as the bathroom.

Big, clean room. Friendly staff. Very convenient location.

Extremely clean and very spacious with a beautiful big window. Walking distance to highlight areas and in a quieter spot at night. Would recommend!

Great hotel. Excellent location, was really easy to get to everywhere we wanted to. Neighbourhood felt safe at night. We had a room with a balcony which was super lovely. Room was reality big.only downside was that hot water was a bit tempremental, but because of the time of year, not really an issue. Would stay there again

Unlivable Conditions – Strong Mold Smell I did not stay at this hotel due to unlivable conditions. Upon entering the room, there was a very strong and overwhelming mold/mildew odor that immediately raised health and safety concerns. The smell was so severe that the room was not habitable. Because of this, I left the property shortly after arrival and did not stay overnight. This was extremely disappointing, as basic cleanliness and air quality are the minimum expectations for any hotel stay. I would not recommend this property until the mold issue is properly addressed. I have requested a full refund and have yet to hear back from them. That is the least they could do. I have never experienced anything like this.

Room was nice. Didnt see the email with instructions until we figured out how to get into the room. An email with instructions was sent but since I was travelling i didnt get a chance to check my email. Maybe in the future have the hotel send instructions 48 hours in advance instwad of 24.
