Absolutely perfect! Location was fantastic. Short walk to the center of old town and steps away from the palace walls, which is beyond incredible. The host Dom and Tiffany were so lovely! Dom explained where everything we needed was and even walked with us to make sure we knew where to catch our ferry and boat excursion. I’d definitely book here again and again! Thank you for the amazing experience!

This is a set of rooms in an old building directly across from the main gate to Diocletian’s Palace. The host Tiffani meets you in person and checks you in. She was very responsive to any questions. The room was very clean and comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was around the corner in another small family hotel and was delicious and plentiful. This was a fantastic location to stay in a very comfortable room. We were very pleased.

Great location, but comes with a drawback. There’s a bar on the first floor and patrons stand outside and smoke throughout the day and night. The cigarette smoke makes it way into the room when you have the windows open. Also, residual street noise from persons walking outside on the same street. The owner Tifani is very responsive and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the staff were wonderful.

The mattress was comfortable and the showers modern. The windows are noise proof. It is in the old town and very walkable. There are stairs with no lift. The breakfast was good.

We stayed only 1 nt at this property. Very responsive property man ager. We arrived early after our cruise and he let us store our luggage. As soon as rooms were cleaned, he personally called us. Nice clean hotel (don't except luxury) but everything is there. decent size room, refrigerator & good size shower. Only steps to old town of Split. many restaurants near by.

Tiffani is an excellent host, good communication, reachable all the time.

Excellent room right in the centre of town. Host was lovely and really helpful, she even let us check in early. Superb experience.

What a great bargain, right across the street from Old Town. Tifani was a great host, and always responded to us promptly. If we went back to Split, we would absolutely stay there again!
