住過幾次 Comfort Inn, 新潟龜田店是第一次入住,訂二個房間二晚, 其中一間雙人房要連泊, 另一間雙人房第二晚要換成雙床房, Check-in 時明明只指定好某間房要連泊, 第二天早上也將所有行李放置這房間, 第二天晚上回來卻看到所有的東西都被移動到新房間 很明顯是溝通不良, 但check -in 時的櫃檯明明也重複確認連泊的房間號碼, 但輸入系統時卻輸入成錯的, 變成隔天的房務只能照做 很抱歉我們的日文無法像日本人一樣的流利造成溝通不良,但也希望全國連鎖飯店的 Comfort Inn 能多多使用翻譯機, 這次在日本十天到處都看到店家使用,已經是很普遍的東西,而且 Comfort Inn 也有在國際訂房網販售, 遇到外國人的機率非常高 除了這點, 飯店其他東西都合乎日本商務旅館的標準, 沒吃早餐無法評論

トイレットペーパーが、ドアにくっついててびっくりしました。想像以上に全体が狭かったですが、ベットやまくらなどの寝具はとてもよかったです。朝食もよかったです む

We would like to cancel the booking and wrote to the hotel but got no response. We understand the booking condition is non-refundable at the first place. But what we hope is a courtesy cancellation due to coronavirus outbream.

We stayed in this hotel several times. It has a parking area and the room is large enough for 2 people, though the bathroom is tiny. It is clean and comes with breakfast. Near the big shopping mall so it is convenient.

Brilliant value for a one night stopover. Free car park, nice breakfast , friendly staff and walking distance to s shopping mall for food on the evening
