Bawah Purata When I arrived I was told that the rooftop pool and the gym were closed due to renovation. It was not previously disclosed to me and the hotel and Expedia would do nothing about it. No refund, no discounts, nothing. The gym and pool pictured were the reason I booked here. The front desk told me they gave me an upgrade on my room which consisted of a round bed with lights on the ceiling. Not happy at all. Especially with Expedia!

Bagus The place it’s a bit rundown. The pictures online makes it look beautifully but the reality is a bit different. They said there is a bar in rooftop but really it was just a cooler with drinks in it. Also the staff were having drinks and dinner on the patio roof one night and left it there without cleaning it. The next morning when we went to use the pool, the table looked gross with left over food and bottles of beer and cigarette butts everywhere. I asked the front desk if they could clean it as it looked and smelled bad. It took them 5 hours for someone to come and cleaning it. Quiet disappointed.

Veraltet.
Lage des Hotels war gut.

Welcome to the cockcoach home. I stayed 5 nights and killed 19 cockcoach and even found one under the pillow. All facilities are available but you won't wanna use them. No maintenance and torn .
