Very noisy. Could hear people yelling and cars being revved all night. NO HOT WATER! The shower was awful. There were bright lights outside our window that were on all night and couldn’t be blocked out by the blinds. I’m so tired!

The room was clean and bed was comfortable, but a bit small. The attached restaurant was good. The fire alarm system is over sensitive and we were told to keep the bathroom door closed during and after taking a shower otherwise the fire alarm may go off. Someone did not listen to this instruction so we spent 20 minutes standing outside waiting for the fire department.

Nicely renovated and fresh. Free parking. Nice new TV with youtube, netflix etc. Just didn't like the outlook of the two sky rise buildings that are under construction.

Air con was great bed was comfortable and sheets were crispy clean

VERY tiny, basic room.

It was nice and clean, but there was a buzzing sound at night that made it hard to sleep.

Room and front office staff very poor

This hotel is like a scene out of Twilight Zone, or the Bates Motel, no wonder they changed the name. A mid week night was $154 but given the state of the motel was extremely overpriced and for $15 more could have stayed in some renovated decent accommodation mid week had I known. Doesn't look like a cent has been spent on it since it's original build. Military style single beds with metal railings sized for a child, no toaster or microwave, no exhaust fan so told to close door to prevent smoke alarm going off, paint peeling, fluorescent light flickering like a scene out of "Saw" in the bathroom, something vibrating in the walls going off every 5 minutes - wasn't sure if this was a scene from Poltergeist or a Sexyland convention in the next room. Walls paperthin so was woken up by motorbikes and cars before peak hour and 3 construction sites surrounding the hotel. Hot water in the shower needed 30 turns to the end to access hot water. The photo is completing misleading. Worst hotel I've ever seen !

Lovely staff. Room basic but also, just easy to exist with the minimalism. Really appreciated access to a microwave & toaster. Great location. Great on-site restaurant.
