The hotel is very impressive. It is a large 14 story structure, and our room on the seventh floor had an incredible view of Lake Geneva. The staff were most helpful, answering all of our questions and accommodating us with every request. The breakfast was delicious, had many, many options. We walked along Lake Geneva, all the way to the castle, which was truly a magical place. We also took a boat ride on the water. There is also a snack area that is open 24 hours in the lobby, including espresso, cold drinks, and popcorn!

We’ve opted for an upgrade to a connecting rooms as we travelled with 2 kids, aged 13 and 9. The service was excellent. The lounge area was comfortable and welcoming, while we chill as we wait for the room to be ready. They also provide complimentary drinks and popcorn which the kids loved. The rooms were clean, spacious and came with stunning views. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We loved the hotel experience and will be back if we’re back in montreux.

We had a suite on the 15th floor and the views were stunning. Staff were all super nice and especially Cesar on the front desk. We loved our suite. Roomy with a sitting area and balcony. We'll be back! 😁

Couple on vacation, 3 Nights in Montreux. Great location on Lake Geneva, paid up for a corner unit directly on the water. Breakfast was not cheap (30 CHF), but was IMO worth the money, with assortment of meats, cheeses, made to order eggs, etc. Property is 5 min. from the train station, and bus stops a block away, so very easy access. Area felt very safe to us, would stay again. Note that the property is typical European, but had all we needed and was clean and fairly well maintained.

The only issue is trying to bring luggage into the hotel. The front desk is up stairs, no elevator. However, this location is fabulous. Would certainly come again.
