Lovely staff and breakfast. Comfortable bed. No air con so very hot night and noisy due to open window. Dirty TV remote and screen.

Great Staff at this hotel. Friendly and helpful. Whatever every we needed they were there to help. The room was very small but clean and the bed was comfortable鈥擡Z underground parking. The location was perfect. Just across the street was the stop for most city buses and trolleys. ICE Trains one block away. The center of the city, and the Christmas Market were short 3 blocks away. Plenty of great restaurants also. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in ULM

Usual Ibis decor in decent condition. Would benefit from a fridge on the room. Aircon works fine. Staff friendly and helpful. About 6 or 7 minutes from the station.

Close to old town, had parking garage, staff was nice, breakfast & bar. Needs some repairs, a few upgrades.

This is so conveniently located to the train station and not far at all from old town making it a great spot for a quick trip to Ulm. The staff was wonderful and did everything thing in their power to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms are quite small, but the beds were comfortable.

Typical IBIS. Friendly check in, where checking in was done close to midnight. Staff calm and nice after going through cold German weather.
