We stayed 2 nights and there was no cleaning service nor towels being changed nor bed being done.

The hotel is excellent for location however I would have chosen another one had I known that 2 floors of the hotel were being refurbished so we ended up in the attic rooms in the 6th floor noise could be heard in the breakfast room. The breakfast was excellent though great choice of buffet. One night in Trondheim is enough for sightseeing. Staff were very friendly.

We were given a room for folks with disabilities for our first night. The shower felt like a hospital bathroom. The shower curtain was stained. They did offer a regular room for the Sunday night and kindly moved our things for us. The staff were apologetic but unable to provide the proper room for the first night.

Central location is walkable to all the major attractions. The accommodations are overall comfortable. There was a heat wave when we were there and unfortunately, the hotel did not have enough fans for the guests. We were given a very weak vertical fan, which was better than nothing. Breakfast was really good!

Nice property in a great location.

Located in 'Old Trondheim'. Many places to visit and explore by walking.

Very tight quarters, not a 4 star hotel. No place to leave anything at all, no shelves, no chest. Very Uncomfortable pillow. The breakfast was good and the staff very pleasant.
