Overall, for the price I was expecting better. The bedding was out-dated and was not comfortable against the skin, and the pillows were old.
Also there was an ongoing smell in the toilet that would not go away, as well as the shower knob being stuck at either cold water or scorching hot shower.
There should be an AC too as the room was boiling hot with just one fan.
The staff were very friendly however.

Welcoming staff. Quick check in.
Room clean and Tidy. Comfortable bed.
Shops across the road great cafe just down the road and close to underground station.

The staff was very sweet, but I couldn’t even stay the nights I booked, and the hotel would not grant me a refund. The accommodation was filthy, with strange marks on the walls, the room smelling like someone had chain smoked inside, and the bathroom and lobby smelling of waste. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of refund, particularly because I had to book a last minute alternate accommodation due to the poor conditions.

The receptionists and the people involved in running the hotel were very polite and nice people. The smell in the corridor left a bit to be desired however, that may have been other clients and not necessarily reflective of the hotel. Although basic, it wasn't too bad. If stopping for a night, it does the job, although I wouldn't say I'd be too comfortable staying for longer than that

The staff are so kind and accommodating! They worked with me to make sure I had a really nice stay and they succeeded. Absolutely lovely
