As always the room was great. Great location. But this time the restaurant was closed for breakfast and closed at 4pm on our arrival day. So plan needed to change. Why I don’t know. But what a bummer. We looked forward to eating there.

Bawah Purata Really cool exterior and nice lobby, but this hotel is seriously in need of some major renovations. We booked one of their nicer 1 bed suite rooms, and it was one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed at. Actually, it was by far the dirtiest hotel I've been to at this price point. Our friends in other rooms said the same thing. Multi-colored stains on the couches (we didn't dare sit on the couches), foot prints, dirty carpets, smears on the walls, etc. I don't like writing reviews like this but management definitely should consider refreshing the product they're offering. Service was fine, the bed was solid too, no late checkout though. But definitely would not recommend staying here if you care about cleanliness and a properly maintained hotel room.

Bawah Purata Stayed for 3 nights with my daughter. The air conditioning broke down 2 of the 3 nights. When I told the check-out staff it had not worked (again) on the last night they did not even apologize! Unbelievable. The white headboards of the beds are so worn out that you can picture the heads of 1000 previous customers laying on it. Complete lack of interest in the customer, especially by the check-in/out staff.

I had a pleasant stay. I was given a room when I arrived a bit early and the front desk staff were very warm and friendly. The room on the 15th floor was clean, and quiet . The bed was super comfortable. I also enjoyed the 12:00 check out! I hope to stay there again!

Clean with a nice staff, the bar and restaurant is show stopping in beauty with the terrarium feel.
Rooms are small, even the upgraded ones—even by NYC standards. Have to request a mini fridge.
Super close to Little Italy.
Loved our stay!
