The hotel does not have the '5-star wow factor' that other hotels further up the coast do, however the staff and location more than make up for this.
It is located on a nice quiet stretch of the beach (that is not affected too much by the tide), and within a short walk to the small town which has many good restaurants and a few bars.
The hotel was modern and clean with 5 good sized pools. The only downside was the sliding glass doors in the bathroom and the lack of sunbeds by the adult pool (during peak times). The hotel was almost full occupancy during our stay so the breakfast was a bit crowded.
The standout part of our stay was the attentiveness and interaction with the hotel staff. This was far and above what we had experienced in other hotels in this area. The friendliness and assistance made the holiday that much better than other hotels (which we had noted in other peoples reviews prior to booking). A special mention and thanks should go to the pool bar and seaside restaurant (Lily, Yogs, Janny, Kwan, Belle and Juny) along with the staff in the reception (Aidy, Hans, Kathleen and Gapyw).
