The location of the hotel is wonderful, and the staff were very kind. The lobby appeared to have undergone a renovation and was very nice. Unfortunately, the condition of our room was far less nice. It was in clear need of renovation, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The floors and half of the surfaces were fairly dirty - we wiped down the counters and nightstands with wet wipes, most of which were black after wiping. On our second night, I got out of bed in the night to use the bathroom, and stepped on a large cockroach next to the bed. Needless to say, I did not get a very good night's sleep before my long flight home. When I mentioned this at checkout a few hours later, the worker at the front desk said she would ensure the room received a deep cleaning, but didn't seem particularly concerned or surprised about it.
I'm not sure if the property is slowly going through renovations, but the condition of the room was very disappointing compared to the photos and other reviews.
