Your hotel would have been excellent if only the elevator had been a little faster (it is clearly very old) and the housekeeping staff on our floor had done their job properly. We left our room at 11:00 a.m. and returned around 10:00–11:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the "light service" that had been promised was never provided. The front desk employee was unable to explain why and instead asked us a number of completely irrelevant questions. Fortunately, she did provide us with clean towels. On the positive side, the room itself and the bed were wonderful.

Overall I hadd apleseant stay. Te staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean & comfortable. I want to personally thank Shannin, Ms. Betty and Yolando for taking care of me!

This hotel was an excellent, well-located bargain for downtown Pittsburgh visitors. The painfully slow elevators and mediocre breakfast quality were forgivable in light of the reasonable price. Coffee was outstanding. One small suggestion - I would have appreciated a bottle opener somewhere on site or via front desk. However, I can bring my own and will stay there again.

Parking was awful. Did not have a space to park in. There was to many cars and not enough spaces. They left the gates open so Are cars were not secure. They should not be charging $22.00 a day for parking. All staff was present. Rooms were clean, beds was comfy. Breakfast was great. Loved all options.

What a great little hotel this was, conveniently located on the south side. The staff was great, the rooms were clean and wonderful! I will definitely stay again.
