Everything was fine with exception of check-in. Several people, including us, tried to check in at 4pm and were told the rooms were not available and didn’t know when they would be. We were there to attend a 7:10pm game so it was an inconvenience.

It's a great property; by far the most we've ever spent for one night at a hotel. But you're paying for the location, what price do you assign to being able to just walk to your hotel after the baseball game? But yes, the room was very nice, great bathroom, nice carpet, etc.

The hotel was beautiful and perfect for our overnight after a concert at Wrigley! We plan to stay again in August for the Cubs game. Such a fun atmosphere and the staff are quick and accommodating!

This was a bucket list stay for our trip to Wrigley Field. Hotel is gorgeous and the proximity to the field is unbeatable. Was a little surprised about no fridge or microwave in the room but we were told at check in they would bring one up if we needed…which makes sense from their perspective. The bagel shop on the ground level is great, but had a hard time locating a more traditional breakfast spot in close proximity. Had to walk quite a ways to find something. Valet parking was easy and they took good care of my truck.

Modern, clean, and cozy with friendly staff. Family-friendly, with options for breakfast and dinner right at the hotel. Stayed in xmas and it was beautiful. Staying now in summer and enjoying it as much. Will be back!

The beds in 327 seemed extremely hard and not as comfortable as ones I have had in the past.
